“I have always ambitiously pursued a deep and fundamental understanding for my passions. I desire to continuously improve on this understanding by combining disciplines from various areas of wellness.
My passion for health lies in the satisfaction I get from observing my clients improvements from my treatments. I strive to discover new depths through ongoing study so that I can provide a holistic approach for my clients health and well-being. I pride myself on being highly approachable, informative, supportive and enthusiastic to their needs. I aim to see their functionality at its best. I aim to improve mobility whilst alleviating pain and to have a positive impact on their lives.
I am continually humbled to see directly the improvements in my clients lives through increased range of motion, decreased pain, and a renewed sense of energy towards their lives.”

During a Myotherapy consult, I focus on treating the soft and connective tissues of the body drawing on a variety of modalities.
Myofacial pain is the medical term for describing muscular pain and discomfort, which is where the modality name is derived from. Treatment is directed at the fascia or soft tissue component of our connective tissue, which includes the muscles, ligaments and tendons. These elements provide the crucial support and protection for the internal organs and structures of the body, and if stimulated in the appropriate way, it can promote healing of the nervous, skeletal and circulatory systems and others.
Muscular pain is typically the result of an injury or strain related to repetitive motions, general fatigue, lack of exercise, poor posture or ergonomic, or a medical condition.
Myotherapy can be used to treat a range of conditions and ailments, including:

Upon finishing her studies in Melbourne, Zoe knew she wanted to return to the countryside. She always had had a soft spot for Mansfield. Her partner and pooch made the move to Mansfield early 2015, in time for the ski season at Mount Buller. They have since, loved calling Mansfield home, as well as getting to know the locals, and supporting the businesses around.
Zoe regularly enjoys keeping active and living a healthy lifestyle. She is trained in Mat Pilates as well as Ashtunga Yoga. She is looking forward to utilising these rehabilitative tools to help you get back to a stronger and happier you!
Zoe grew up in country Victoria along the Goulburn River. Her family frequented the High Country region during their holidays. Her most found memories are skiing on Mount Buller during winter, and hiking through the Howqua during Spring and Summer.
Madison Keurntjes studied Remedial Massage and Myotherapy at RMIT University. Once completing her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in 2013 she jetted off to Canada. She fell in love with the long winters and the picturesque summers. During her time there, she worked as a registered Massage Therapist in a luxurious day spa in a ski resort. She was able to provide high-end treatments, with Myotherapy techniques. Madison was trained during this time, in the art of relaxation. This included, Hot Stone Massage, facials and body wraps.
After two years of being abroad and working as a Massage Therapist, Maddi felt it was time to come back home. Upon returning home Maddi discovered her true passion of Myotherapy combining advanced massage techniques with strong anatomical knowledge, in particular the workings of the myofascial system. She is eager to use her skills to improve her clients muscular and skeletal health. Maddi highly enjoys seeing results in her clients increased range of movement and decreased complaints of pain after a Myotherapy session. She is looking forward to working with Mt Buller’s guests, athletes and outdoor enthusiasts this winter, as much as she is excited to hit the slopes in Australia!
It's not often you find the best. Zoe figured out my pain in my wrist was actually a recurring injury in my shoulder. She gave me corrective exercises and then a very deep massage to the area to help heal it. I found it incredible how methodical the diagnostics were.
Zoe has amazing technique and attention to care for particular issues and injuries. She works magic and is very professional. She also provides good advice and recommendations - very knowledgeable and skilled!
